Mr. Dillon currently manages the Servicing Department, which is comprised of teams focused on: loan boarding, borrower billing and transaction processing, tracking real estate taxes, tracking insurance compliance, investor remittance, and document control.
Mr. Dillon has more than 20 years of professional experience in commercial real estate, having worked in both asset management and operations roles at Trimont. He began his real estate career in asset management at Trimont in Atlanta, before spending seven years in a similar roles in Trimont’s Los Angeles office. In 2005, he left the firm to join one of Trimont’s client’s borrowers, a real estate developer in San Diego. Mr. Dillon rejoined Trimont in 2007 in Los Angeles and subsequently relocated back to Atlanta in 2009. At that time, he started a new team focused on portfolio management and operations, working on various internal projects and establishing new roles and functional teams to support Trimont’s clients. Mr. Dillon joined the servicing department in 2017 and assumed his current leadership role in 2018.
