Esther Ang

Managing Director, Credit & Asset Management, APAC

Esther manages and leads Trimont’s Credit and Asset Management and Credit Administration businesses in the APAC region. Services under her responsibility include performing and non-performing loan management, facility agency, security trustee, escrow agent, loan operations and servicing. Based in Sydney, Esther serves on the firm’s senior leadership team, working closely with global Trimont teams to develop strategies that deliver results.

Esther is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a subject matter expert in agency, corporate trustee, insolvency and distressed management. Prior to joining Trimont, Esther spent 12 years at Perpetual Limited, the last 4 of which she spent as head of their Facility Agency and Security Trustee business.

Esther also has an extensive experience with a variety of debt structure including structured finance, securitization and retail securities. Esther was also previously a practicing insolvency accountant and she holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia.
