Jaymon Jones is responsible for the management and oversight of the London Office. Mr. Jones is tasked with developing new business within the UK and Ireland in addition to managing the US/European transatlantic relationships. He works closely with the head of the European Team and the Compliance Team to provide data to rating agencies and regulators. He also consults with the Trimont system developers on our client’s needs and adapting our systems to exceed client expectations. Mr. Jones also represents the company at many of the European Industry conferences and events; including, but not limited to CREFC, MIPIM, and GRI.

Relevant Experience:

Prior to joining Trimont, Mr. Jones was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley and head of portfolio management of the CMBS, RMBS and SME transactions within EMEA. He managed a team that provided management services such as supervision of SPV, cash management, surveillance, investor relations and reporting.

In 2003, Mr. Jones transferred from the US to the UK to work with Hatfield Philips International (HPI) as head of investor services. At HPI, Jones managed a team that primarily focused on securitizations, loan modelling, database development, surveillance and investor relations for the UK and European transactions for an array of institutional clients.

Mr. Jones began his real estate finance career in 1998 with GMAC – RFC as a Senior Commercial Real Estate Loan Administrator performing due diligence on the pre- and post-loan processes. Subsequently, he worked at Hatfield Philips in the US as a senior financial analyst, where he focused on the analysis of subordinate commercial loans and equity positions on real estate assets across the United States.

M. Jones had also served as CREFC-Europe's Chair of the E-IRP Committee as well as serving on the Board of Governors. Mr. Jones holds a degree in Finance/Real Estate from Georgia State University located in Atlanta, Georgia.
