Managing Director, Credit & Asset Management – EMEA

As Managing Director of Trimont’s Credit & Asset Management team in EMEA, Michael manages a team of asset managers responsible for the ongoing surveillance of performing and non-performing commercial real estate backed loan portfolios for multiple clients. By closely monitoring ongoing deal performance, client risk is proactively managed, with relevant strategies put in place in response to changing risk. Support is also provided to administer loan modifications and coordinate reporting obligations as required.

Previous to joining Trimont, Michael spent three years as Director of Asset Management at Morgan Stanley, where he managed a loan book in excess of 3.0B EUR. Prior to that, he spent nine years as Associate Director, Real Estate Equity at Hunt Investment Management in London making acquisitions for their pan-European real estate funds.
