Nick Maher

Senior Managing Director, Credit Administration – EMEA

As Senior Managing Director of Credit Administration for Trimont in EMEA, Nick is responsible for the management and oversight of all aspects of Trimont’s loan servicing, loan operations and facility and security agency functions across the EMEA region. Previously, Nick served as Managing Director on Trimont’s Legal & Compliance team based in London where he worked closely with Trimont’s Investment Advisory, Credit & Asset Management and Credit Administration teams.

Prior to joining Trimont in 2020, Nick was a partner at Rosling King in the City of London before moving to Mount Street where he served as Executive Director. Nick is qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales and is a member of The Law Society of Ireland. He has significant experience in commercial real estate financing, restructuring and workouts.
