Trimont Named “US Loan Servicer of the Year” for Second Year in a Row by Real Estate Capital USA

ATLANTA (3 April 2023) – Trimont, the global leader in commercial real estate credit management, servicing, and investment advisory services, has again been awarded “Loan Servicer of the Year” in the United States by the readers of Real Estate Capital USA. Trimont won the same award in the USA for 2021 and in Europe for 2020.

The award, announced earlier today by Real Estate Capital USA, first received nominations based on several achievements including loan servicing volumes, client satisfaction, technology and ESG initiatives. The nomination season came at a time of great difficulty for the US commercial real estate with soaring inflation, global geopolitical turmoil and the threat of a near-term recession curtailing investment and lending activity. Trimont made the shortlist of four loan servicer nominees, published in January.
