The Comcast Center is a 58-story trophy office building located in downtown Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Orig- inally called One Pennsylvania Plaza, the structure is the tallest and most eco-friendly building in Philadelphia (having achieved Gold LEED certification). In 2009, the building won an Urban Land Institute Award for Excellence recognizing the project’s contribution to the community, environmental design, and economic viability. Comcast Corporation is the largest tenant and occupies approximately 90% of the building’s 1.25 million square feet of space.

- The tower is the tallest building in Philadelphia and is the tallest building built in the U.S outside of New York or Chicago since 1993.
- The building lobby features the “Comcast Experience,” a tourist attraction with a 2,000 square foot LED screen that contains 7.8 million pixels and projects computer generated images that appear to jump out of the wall.
