Asset
The Heritage Fields master planned community is a 3,700 acre mixed-use development located on the site of the former El Toro Marine Corps Air Station in Irvine, CA. The master planned community will have approx. 5,000 homes and more than 6.5 million square feet of industrial, commercial, and retail space. The approved master plan consists of a 1,347 acre Great Park which is planned to include a golf course, sports park complex, a cultural and an entertainment area. The different privately owned, function-specific development districts in the master plan are designed such that they integrate with the Great Park.
