Trimont was engaged by a European investment management firm to provide asset management and servicing on a €35 million mezzanine loan
Heyford Park is a large master planned community located on a former U.S. Air Force base in the Oxfordshire County in the United Kingdom. The planned development sits on approximately 1,250 acres of land that provides an excellent base for country living with only an hour-long commute to London. The development will include one million square meters of commercial space, approximately 1,000 residential units, and several community, social, sports, religious, and recreational facilities. Initial plans were approved in 2011 and construction will begin in 2013 with several phases.
- In 1916, the site was first set out as a landing field for the Royal Flying Corp and played a vital role as a training base during World War I and II.
- Following World War II, Heyford Park was handed over to the United States Air Force Strategic Command to serve as a base until 1994 when it was handed back to the UK Ministry of Defense.
