ICON Brickell is a luxury residential and hotel development located in downtown Miami. The overall development, which sits on a 10-acre parcel of land on the glittering edge of Biscayne Bay, includes two condominium buildings with a total of 1,273 units and The Viceroy Hotel, which has 432 condos and 95 hotel rooms. The interior design for all of the common areas was designed by Philippe Starck and includes state-of-the-art amenities and technological features that make it one of a kind.
