Lakeside Commons is a two-building office complex in Sandy Springs within the Central Perimeter office market of metro Atlanta. The property is in close proximity to many major company headquarters as well as shop- ping and entertainment centers. The property includes 506,000 square feet of Class-A office space. Lakeside Commons One is a 221,000 square foot, 11-story building completed in 1986 with a full service café at lobby level and a fitness center in basement level. Lakeside Commons Two is a 285,000 square foot, 14-story building added in 1997 with a distinctive marble lobby. The property features a lake, waterfalls, outdoor plaza, extensive landscaping and an attached park- ing structure with covered walkways.


  • Lakeside Commons is the current North American headquarters of Porsche Automobiles. There is always a brand new Porsche on display in the front of the building.
  • Management at the property worked with the GA Department of Transportation for several years to get a “diverging diamond inter- change” approved and built for access to the Georgia 400 highway. This new access is an innovative design that relieves congestion and improves safety. The transportation interchange was initially only used in France.
