Asset

One Bryant Park, also known as the Bank of America Tower, is a 1,200 ft skyscraper in Midtown Manhattan. It is located on Sixth Avenue between 42nd and 43rd Streets, opposite Bryant Park. The building was built in 2009 and was designed to be one of the most efficient and ecologically friendly buildings in the world. The 55-story building contains 2.1 million square feet of office space and its anchor tenant, Bank of America, occupies 76% of that space. Currently, the building is tied with the New York Times Building and the Chrysler Building for the position of third tallest building in New York City.
