Asset

The Apthorp is a historic condominium building located in the Upper West Side neighborhood of the Manhattan borough of New York City. Built in the Italian Renaissance Revival style in 1908, the building occupies one full block between Broadway and West End Avenues between West 78th and West 79th Streets. The building was designated a New York City landmark in 1969 and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1978. Architectural highlights include its iconic iron entry gates, richly ornamented limestone façade, and the private courtyard drive.
