Asset

West Harbour City is a multi-phase condominium development located at the intersection of Lake Shore Boulevard West and Bathurst Street in Toronto, Canada. Situated across from Lake Ontario and Coronation Park, the 36-story tower contains 510 units and the 27-story tower contains 325 units. The property provides easy access via streetcar to the Sky Dome, Air Canada Center, Molson Amphitheatre, and the downtown entertainment district. Designed by Quadrangle Architects Limited, the building’s architecture was inspired by 1930’s Art-Deco style and incorporates public art in the design.

Insights

• The site was formerly the home of a 400,000 sf Molson brewery.
• IndyCar’s second longest running street race, the Honda Indy Toronto, is held one block away from West Harbour City.
• The 105 meter frieze wrapping the building depicts all 55 constellations of the Northern Hemisphere.
